How I use AI in design
While each problem requires a different way of working much like the design process, here are a few ways I augment my design process with AI today.

Research
AI helps me understand complex domains, validate assumptions, conduct secondary research, find themes in user data and challenge my ideas.

Create
I use AI to ideate quick concepts and prototypes to validate flows with stakeholders early to save time and effort before creating hi fidelity screens.
03
Build
I'm comfortable with building small components, interactions and interfaces in code using AI to speed up development, and make changes to codebases.

What I'm building right now
Currently I'm trying to build a small language model (SLM) to read my running metrics (stride length, vertical ratio, vertical oscillation, ground contact time) and give me actionable advice to improve my runs over time for marathon prep
I'm also simultaneously building a workout builder for my Garmin watch because Garmin Connect's builder is inefficient.
